Task Mining

Repeated work you can name

Copy phone / paste address is the automation candidate on the CSV. The kitchen wait on the process map starts only after Send to kitchen.

On task-mining-sample.csv the repeated hop is:

  • Copy phone number on CRM — 40 events in the file
  • Paste address on Order Management — 28 events in the file

Those counts are not 1:1. Some sessions copy without a matching paste in this extract. Inspect the pair; do not assume every copy is followed by paste.

After Run analysis, right-click Copy phone number · CRM (then Paste address · Order Management). The popover field Automation is AP as a percent. On this CSV those nodes show 88% and 78% — both candidates (AP greater than 0.75, shown as more than 75%). Insights extra metric Automation is 10 on this file (count of candidates, not the percent). Confirm on your run; the demo graph can add extra journeys.

Send to kitchen is the UI action that corresponds to the process moving into Preparation. Desk work before that click is invisible on the process map.

The sample value cells are empty. Masking still runs on values that look like secrets when those fields are ingested.

A fair operational sentence: operators copy identity fields between CRM and Order Management in this sample. That is a candidate to standardize or integrate — not a measured ROI.

Name one repeated hop

On the CSV analysis (not only the demo), open Copy phone number · CRM and Paste address · Order Management. Read Automation as a percent on each node. Note whether both are above 75%, and write one sentence that stays inside the file.
