This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of Log2Map. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
Permitted use
Use Log2Map only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable law, your organisation’s policies, and any agreement with Log2Map.
Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Upload unlawful data or data you are not authorised to process.
- Upload malware, exploit code, or content designed to disrupt systems.
- Conduct security testing, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing without our prior written authorisation.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, or plan restrictions.
- Share credentials or allow unauthorised individuals to access your account.
- Infringe intellectual property or confidentiality rights of others.
- Use Task Mining or Process Mining for unlawful employee surveillance or without required workplace notices and permissions.
- Use the Service for unlawful profiling, discrimination, or automated decisions prohibited by law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, networks, or other users (including denial-of-service attacks).
- Use excessive automated requests or scraping that degrades the platform.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report activity to authorities where appropriate. We may cooperate with customers to address misuse affecting their workspaces.
