Filters and what extra columns buy you

Optional KPI columns act on the same 36 orders. They do not add activities. Date filter cannot split this one-day file.

You already used Variants → Show only these cases to hide 5A. That is the way to see only pickup on this file.

Map resource if you want the Resource KPI. Map order_value_rub to Cost if you want the Cost KPI. Then click Reanalyze. KPI Readiness shows which metrics are still blocked.

Data Filter is a date range, not a column filter. Every event in this CSV is on 2026-06-01, so Apply filter cannot drop delivery or pickup. Use it on a multi-day log of your own.

Conformance needs a reference file you upload. It is not the same as pinning a main path. Skip Compare on this sample.

A cautious conclusion that stays inside the file: pickup avoids courier time, both paths spend a long interval between Preparation and Handoff, and payment is not the split. Start investigation at that edge — do not name a root cause from the map alone.

What to remember

Process Mining on this file answers why delivery takes longer than pickup and where the shared wait sits. Optional KPI columns do not add activities. Date filter cannot split a one-day log. The next track looks at the desk work that happens before the kitchen even sees the order.

Turn on one extra KPI

Map resource or order_value_rub to Cost, click Reanalyze, and see which Business KPI cards appear. Then try the same mapping idea on a log of your own: which optional column would answer your question?
